TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT RULES
Tag Team Turmoil is a ‘Named Superstar’ format tournament. You may only play as one Superstar! You may, however, change and edit your Playbooks throughout the tournament, but you may not change the Superstar.
This is a Single Elimination tournament.
You will get 3 points for each win, 1 point for each draw, 0 points for each loss, and 3 points for each bye or noshow.
Each round is 35 minutes long. You have 10 minutes to start your games from the beginning of the round.
Turn limits will be set to 50 turns. If there is a 1-1-0 tie, the deciding match will be no turn limit.
All games are played RANKED and in the REGULAR arena!
TAG TEAM RULES
You and your partner play your two opponents.
If your partner loses, and you win, you play the person who defeated your partner. IF there is a DFW between the winners, then the two players who lost may compete under same rules.
If your partner draws, and you win, your team advances. If both you and your partner lose, you are both eliminated.
If both you and your partner win, you advance.
You and your partner CANNOT use the same Superstars, including editions.
If the Tag Team Champions enter this event, the titles are vacated.
If one person of the team is no showed, the other partner MAY continue on their own.
If one champion shows up and the other is not here by the time the title match is set to go on, the champion may defend on his/her own, however, if they retain, will be the only tag team champion.
If there is an odd amount of participants and a single person wishes to play, that player may join on their own. PLAYBOOK RESTRICTIONS
* You must have at least 55 pages in your playbook.
* You may only have 5 copies of a page in your playbook (except for momentum).
TITLE MATCH RULES
The winners of the Tuesday Tag Team Turmoil tournament will face the current champion immediately following the tournament.
Once the tournament is completed and results are announced, the Champion has 10 minutes to appear and defend his/her Title or it will be defaulted.
If the Champion does not show up to defend, the winner of the tournament will face the second-place contestant (or the next highest available contestant).
The winner of that match will become the new Champion.
If the Champion participates in the tournament and wins it, then the Title Shot will go to the second-place contestant (or the next highest available contestant).
The Title Match is a ‘Named Superstar’ match, but the Contender and Champion can name other Superstars than one’s used in the tournament.
Turn limits will be set to 60 turns. Playbook Restrictions will be the same as in the tournament.
If the Title Match ends up in a draw, the Title is vacated.
